Physiotherapy
We provide Physiotherapy services
A physiotherapist is there to help with an injury, or chronic pain that affects how you function everyday. A physiotherapist also provides education and advice for health promotion, disease and injury prevention. Physiotherapists study the science of movement and can pin-point the root cause of your injury. You can receive physiotherapy services anytime and do not require a referral from your family physician if you are experiencing aches and pains.
What to expect on your first visit?
The first thing we do is listen! We would like to hear your injury story and how it has affected your life, work, hobbies and activities. Along with that, we will provide comprehensive assessments to evaluate your functional limitations and areas of pain. We offer a patient-centered approach to treatment and will work as a team to help you reach your fitness and life goals.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment
Most of the time, initial paperwork is necessary, so please try and arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment. If payment is required, you will be asked to pay prior or after your appointment. If you have extended health care, please provide your benefits information to the front desk receptionist. If your injury is related to a motor vehicle accident or workplace accident, please inform reception. Please wear comfortable and lose fitting clothing as it will be easier to view and assess the affected area. Book an appointment through our online portal or call us if you have questions (416) 901-1278.
